Corson Building

LAST CHANCE! RSVP by Feb 25th
Please join us for brunch at the Corson Building on Sunday, February 28 at noon. Famous for his quirky Sitka & Spruce restaurant, which was located in a strip mall on Eastlake, chef/owner Matt Dillion's latest venture, the Corson Building, is also located in an unsuspected place -- underneath a freeway ramp, adjacent to railroad tracks in industrial Georgetown. Housed in an Italian stonemason's former abode, the restaurant and surrounding gardens are perfectly charming and the food has garnished rave reviews. The concept is family-style, the seating is communal and the Mediterranean-influenced menu changes daily to take advantage of what is available seasonally and locally. Brunch is $23, which includes numerous sides and a choice between two entrees (drinks are additional). Directions.

Mar 6th, Saturday 11:00am

Gallagher's

For those of us who made red wine at Gallagher's Where-You-Brew in Edmonds on January 23rd, we'll be going back to bottle our wine on March 6th. In the meantime, please save your green-glass wine bottles, otherwise there will be an additional $1.25 per bottle fee. As per last year, I will be making custom labels, one for each of the three wines.

Immediately following our bottling festivities, we will go out to lunch.

Location: Edmonds

Because a credit card is often used to hold reservations and will be charged for no shows, when you RSVP for any of these dinners, please carve this date in granite on your calendar. If you are unable to attend, you must provide no less than 72 hours notice. Members, you are liable for any no-show fee incurred on your behalf.
